A Southern Minnesota native, Landon Messner brings years of elite-level training experience to OFC’s Performance Lab. Before joining OFC in January 2025, he led all aspects of strength and human performance at Great Lakes Baseball Academy, working with high-level athletes, including the Minnesota Post Grad baseball team.

His background also includes time with the University of Minnesota’s world-class Sports Performance Staff, where he coached and designed programs for top-tier athletes—learning what it takes to compete at the highest level. Earlier in his career, he served as the head strength coach at GFW and West Lutheran High Schools, building strength and conditioning programs for multiple sports, including football, volleyball, basketball, track, baseball, and softball.
