Star Tribune Names Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic, A Winner of the Minnesota Top 200 Workplaces for 2026

Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic is proud to be named a 2026 Minnesota Top Workplace, a recognition based on feedback from our dedicated team.

MANKATO, MN - June 19, 2026 – The Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic (OFC) has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026 honor by Minnesota Top Workplaces, for the second year in a row. A complete list of those selected is available at StarTribune.com and was also published in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section.

“The Top Workplace recognition is a true reflection of our incredible team,” said Julie Morgan, CEO of Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic. “Our employees are the foundation of everything we do. Their commitment to caring for patients, supporting one another, and advancing orthopedic care makes OFC a truly special place to work. We are honored to be named a Top Workplace in Minnesota.”

Produced by the same team that compiles the 35-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from 84 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

The results of the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

To qualify for as a Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplace, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 10,527 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.

Star Tribune CEO and Publisher Steve Grove said, “The companies in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
