Fractures and Trauma
Your first thought of orthopaedics is probably related to a broken (fractured) bone that you or someone close to you has had.
We see most types of fractures routinely at our facility. Fractures involving the extremities (arms and legs), hip, shoulder, and spine are all see by our orthopaedic surgeons.
Traumatic injuries that involve the muscles, tendons, and nerves are also treated by orthopaedists. These can include severe lacerations, crush and penetrating injuries.
Our physicians are well versed in treating these and many other types of trauma that affect your musculoskeletal system.
