The Mankato Surgery Center is a smaller, more personalized facility for outpatient surgical procedures staffed with highly-trained, caring personnel focusing on you, the patient. They provide you with the same state-of-the -art technology you expect, coupled with quality care and the expediency associated with same-day procedures.  The Mankato Surgery Center offers surgical procedures in the following specialty areas: Orthopaedics  General Surgery Pain Management Gynecological Ear, Nose and Throat Endoscopic Procedures Eye Surgery Urologic Surgery Podiatry Pain Management Ambulatory surgical procedures – also referred to as outpatient or same-day surgery – can be completed without an overnight hospital stay. The practical, cost-effective alternative is appropriate when your surgery is not an emergency and can be planned in advance with your physician. In most cases, you are discharged the same day and can recuperate in the comfort of your own home. The Mankato Surgery Center is a freestanding outpatient surgery center located at the Wickersham Health Campus. The 16,000 square-foot Surgery Center is the first of its kind in southern Minnesota. It includes four surgery suites for same-day surgery and two procedure rooms. Our primary concern if you – our patient.
